Dry Aging Refrigerator SMK Gastro DA

Professional-grade Dry Aging refrigerator at low temperature for successful dry cooking of meat. The refrigerator has an ideal temperature between + 1.5 °C and + 2.5 °C and can be kept within 0.1 °C.

The refrigerator has a precise electronic humidity control option and the humidity can be adjusted between 60-90% without the need to connect the furniture to the water supply.

The refrigerator has a photocatalyst and an antimicrobial inner tank that prevents the growth of bacteria and microbes. The refrigerator also has a salt tray with four pieces of salt. The activated carbon ventilation system of the refrigerator makes the indoor air fresher and cleans the incoming air for dry cooking of the meat.

The refrigerator’s unique rostered outer shell and double-tempered insulating glass door protect the meat from harmful UV rays. The refrigerator comes standard with plastic-coated shelves and a stainless steel hanger for two stainless hooks depending on which product you want to dry.

The evaporator of the furniture is corrosion protected.

The cabinet is equipped with an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient R290a refrigerant.
